IMPHAL, Sept 30: The Nongchup Imphal Loumee Sinmee Chaokhat Thourang Lup observed the 116th birth anniversary of Lamyanba Hijam Irabot with a patriotic poems recitation for small children.
The function was attendant by MLA K Sharat as chief guest and secretary AMPFA, Thoiba Konthoujam as special invitee.
