IMPHAL, Sept 15: The Kangleipak Communist Party, KCP clarified in a statement that the deceased individual Pukhrambam Deepak, 21, son of Shyamkanhai of Ningthoukhong Mamang Leikai who was reportedly killed earlier on September 12 in an encounter with Imphal west commando at a place near Hiyangthang oil pump is not related to the outfit in any way.
