IMPHAL, Sept 10: In view of the forthcoming 4th general jilla parishad and panchayat election 2012, the deputy labour commissioner E Tomba appealed to all employers of shops and establishment in private sector to allow their employees to obtain leave of absence with full wages on 13 September to cast their votes and exercise their franchise.
