IMPHAL, Sept 3: As part of respect to the departed soul of Hijam Irabot, several programs will be conducted during this month, September. In a statement to the press, Manipur Loumi Lup said a function will be organised on the theme “Manipur Kallu, Loumi Kallu” at Irabot memorial hall, Lamlai Chalou Park at 11 am on 21 September.
