IMPHAL, Sept 7: Four individual including the former pradhan of Bashikhong gram panchayat, a member, a panchayat secretary and the branch manager of Imphal urban cooperative bank were brought before the CJM, Imphal east Court at Lamphel on charges of fraud earlier on 5 September.
The charges which were made in a case filed by K Bijen include withdrawal of money by using false signatures and the four accused reducing the time allotted to NREGS workers of the area.
The next hearing for the case will is on Sept 10.
