IMPHAL, Sept 9: The Thoubal District Committee of the MSF was formed today at 1 pm at a function attended by MSF, vice president Aheibam Boinao, a statement said and added, the elected office bearers of the committee for the year 2012 till 2013 includes MA Wakil Alsasi as president, Laipoklakpam Sur as general secretary and Moijingmayum Nimai as finance secretary and five other office bearers. It also has a six member executive members, the statement added.
