manipur,IMPHAL, September 22 : The election for the new office bearers for Manipur University Tribal Student Union, MUTSU for the term 2012-2012 will be conducted on September 29 at Students Home, Manipur University, a statement said and added, the scrutiny will be held on Sept. 28 at 1 pm.
