IMPHAL, September 8: The proscribed outfit KCP (MC) has today claimed that Ningthoujam (o) Gitanjali Devi of Kumbi Thingel Leikai who was reportedly arrested by a team of Imphal West Cdos from Western Kangla Gate is not related to the outfit in any way.
According to a release of the outfit has claimed that the security forces should stop arresting civilians and branding them as militants.
