IMPHAL, September 14: The Rotary Club Imphal, RI Dist 3240 is organising a spot painting competition on September 23 at Rotary Multi Service Centre, Mantripukhri. The competition is open to the students of class I to X. Interested students may submit their names to their concerned school principal. There will be neither registration forms nor any fees. Registration can also be done directly on the day of the competition at 9 am at the venue on production of school identity card.
