IMPHAL, September 5: On the occasion of Teacher’s day, the Senapati brigade, organized a get-together, to felicitate the teachers of Tahamzam Career point, for dedicating their lives to the noble cause of education. The teachers are well accomplished personalities in their respective fields and are putting efforts beyond their regular errands to channelize and motivate the youth to become responsible citizens who could partake with the mainland youth.
A PIB release states,Tahamzam Career point is a non-profit organisation, and established with the support of Red Shield Division for imparting training to the youth of Senapati and Tamenglong districts for entrance examinations of Medical, Engineering and Nursing courses. This initiative was taken, to assist the youth of this region, who were at disadvantage due to lack of awareness, training facilities and experienced teaching faculty. Ever since its inception in the month of August this year, Tahamzam has drawn together well experienced teaching faculty from the district.
Maj Gen Binoy Poonnen,GOC of Red Shield Division, has extended his compliments to all teachers of Manipur, on the occasion of Teacher’s Day. He expressed that a teacher plays a vital role in not only educating young minds but also preparing them to meet the everyday challenges of life. He expressed his confidence that the teachers will continue to dedicate their today, to brighten the pathway for children, for their better and prosperous tomorrow. He also furthered that ‘Tahamzam career point’ would eventually rise up to be one of the best career coaching centres in Manipur, by virtue of the selfless dedication put forth by the teachers.
