IMPHAL, Sept 23: CPI Uripok Local Council in collaboration with Iroisemba Irong Laipham Thougallup today conducted a social service and also planted sapling including medicinal plants and fruit bearing plants in and around the Irong Laipham, as a part of the Jananeta Hijam Irabot Ningsing Thabum.
