IMPHAL, September 22: A team of Thoubal district police commandos apprehended a UNLF cadre identified as Elangbam Sanayaima Singh, alias Panthokpa also Pena, 30, son of E Inaocha Singh of Hiyanglam Mayai Leikai during a search operation conducted at Wabagai Bazar at around 10 am today, a police statement said.
It also added, Sanayaima was trained at Henglep in the year 2003 and presently working under the command of s/s major Mayamba.
