IMPHAL, October 6: The Adventure Camp organized jointly by Nehru Yuva Kendra Sangatham and Manipur Mountaineering and Tracking Association (MMTA) at MM Institute, Lamdan was concluded today with a function at MMTA office, Minuthong.
The function was attended by KK Chhetry, IAS, secretary MPSC, Govt of Manipur; L Sushil Kumar, IPS, retired IGP, S Gourakishwor Singh, district youth co-ordinator, NYK, Kangpokpi and Imphal East; and Dr L Surjit Singh, president, MMTA as presidium members.
During the function certificates were distributed to the campers.
“This is the first time to participate in an adventure camp. It has really benefitted me a lot. I have also learnt the value of time during the camp. I’ll always try to participate such adventure camp in the future,” said a girl who participated the camp.
