IMPHAL, October 28: The Pakhangba Cultural Club, PCC today organized the 2nd State Level Open Debating Competition today.
The debating competition was held under the topic, “India’s Look East Policy has not only helped improved Manipur’s economy but it has also lessened the feeling of segregation among the people”.
Imphal Free Press Resident Editor Irengbam Arun acted as the Speaker of the completion.
Three competitors who had opposed the topic were adjudged the first second and third position holders of the competition.
The three are Anamika Heiran Khongjam of Kakching Wairi Ningthoujam Leikai, Mayanglambam Sureshkumar of Kakching Khunou Hijam Maning Leikai and N Bidyarani Devi of Keibul Lamjao.
