IMPHAL, Oct 16: The Secretary and treasurer of Manipur Ex-MLAs’ Welfare Association of Imphal, Manipur invited all the former MLA of the state to attend meeting cum election for the new office bearers of the Association. The said event would start at 11 am at Manipur Press Club, MajorKhul on 20, Oct which they would further discuss agenda on the welfare for the association.
