IMPHAL, Oct 25: A fire broke out inside the Punjab and Sind Bank building located at Chingmeirong Khongnang Ani Karak at around 8 pm today. Timely arrival of fire tenders managed to douse and prevent further damage. The fire was suspected to have started from an electrical short circuit.
