IMPHAL, October 9: The RK Maipaksana Memorial Lecture for the year 2012 will be delivered by Nitin Gokhale, editor security and strategic affairs, NDTV, New Delhi on the topic “Stabilise Manipur before looking East” on October 11 at JN Manipur Dance Academy at 2:30 pm, said a release RK Maipaksana Memorial Trust.
The RK Maipaksana Journalist Fellowship 2012 will also be conferred to Col H Sarat Singh (Retd), columnist of Naharolgi Thoudang Daily on this day, it further said.
