  1. WAD strongly condemns the bestial act of raping 4 minor school girls at Khoupum village in broad daylight under the shadows of guns by 2 barbaric armed men. In what situation are we striving into where the rate of crimes against humanity soars up day by day?? Is there a future ahead for the generation next ?? Such disgraceful act marks the death of human rights, no democracy, deaf and dumb government and a state of rebels. Who will police the polices and who will rebel the rebels ?? How long are we going to violate Child rights, Human rights and International code of conducts and morally the modesty of the innocent minors ?? WAD stand by and appeals to all the concerns to track down the culprits and show zero tolerance and deliver stern and stringent punishment at the quickest way
