IMPHAL, October 17: One Sagolshem Thomba Singh, 30 years son of S Angou Singh of Pumlou Siphai Leikai under Imphal west district of Lamsang police station has been declared a proclaimed offender by a local court here.
The said accused was reportedly transporting ammunition with several other accused personnel and a case has been registered with the Lamsang Police station as FIR No 30 (6) 2000 U/S 25 (I-B) Arms Act.
Among the accused, Sagolshem Thomba Singh has ever remained at large and on the run until the recent arrest.
The court of the Judicial magistrate 1st class, JMIC/IW, Imphal west has today charged the proclaimed offender with a Cril (P) case no 13/03, sources said.
