IMPHAL, October 11: The MAnipur BSNL Cycling team has clinched the overall team title of the 12th All India BSNL Cycling Meet 2012-13 at the Punjab University Velodrome, Ludhiana.
The Manipuri team took 4 Golds, 1 SIlver and 2 Bronze to become the overall team title champion.
O Bikram took the four golds.
