IMPHAL, October 16: The United Revolutionary Front, Manipur in a press statement signed by its secretary, information and publicity, URF has said that it would not right for the people of Manipur to remain silent on the issue of the Rs 224 crore Loktak Scam.
The statement has said that the Tehelka news report has unarguably proved that the Loktak Development Authority has been using the Loktak Lake to make money.
It has further asked the people to question the government about those involved in the scam and who is protecting all those involved and who owns Delhi based company K-Pro.
The URF has also claimed that New Delhi based K Pro company is stealthily owned by the Chief Minister and his family. The statement has also claimed the involvement of LDA Director Ibobi in the scam.
