IMPHAL, Oct 16: The Women Action for Development has appreciated the initiatives taken by the state police in tracking down JV Wangtrit Lamkang, 20 of Lamkang Khunyai the alleged murderer of (L) Kh Catherine alias Sangthoi Lamkang, 16 of Lamkang Khuntak, Chandel.
