IMPHAL,November 24 : 27 Assam Rifles of 28 Sector under HQ IGAR,South has organized a medical camp at Elekhanponkpi village of Thoubal district today. Accoerding to the press release,the camp was conducted by a team of medical officers and paramedical staff of the Unit. Medication and health counselling were the highlight of the medical camp.A total number of 150 people from Elekhanponkpi and adjoining villages benefited from the camp, it said. 27 Assam Rifles also extended help by proving basic amenities to the local people,it added.
