IMPHAL, Nov 4: A book entitled “Natheikhrana Nungsi Echel”, based on a Shumang leela, written by Yumnam Devjani Devi was released today at the Lamyanba Sanglen.
The function was attended by president, Manipur State Shumang Leela Council, Ph Gunachandra Sharma as the chief guest, ex commissioner, Robinchandra Sharma as functional president and theatre critic, Budha Chingtham and academy awardees Kshertri Jugindro and Ranbir Mangang as guests of honour.
Budha Chingtam presented a review of the book as part of the release function.
The Shumang Leela version of the book is yet to be performed.
