IMPHAL, Nov 14: The proscribed PREPAK has claimed responsibility for the November 12 blast at Sangaiprou which killed a civilian and injured another.
A press release signed by its publicity officer, dept of publicity and propaganda, Sanju Oinam while claiming the explosion has regretted that a civilian live was lost in explosion which was aimed at the security forces.
It has further claimed that the explosion was accidental and said even as a Bomb explosive unit of the outfit’s red army was trying to shift the explosives location it suddenly exploded.
It has also expressed profound grievances to the family of the deceased and the injured who is being treated at the Shija Hospital.
