Fire service team prevents major damage

    IMPHAL, November 24: Timely action by a team of Manipur Fire Service has saved from a major damage by fire, which broke out from an electric short circuit, at a house in Yaiskhul Chingakham Leirak under Imphal Police Station today at around 12.45 pm.

    The house owner has been identified as Nongmaithem Kirankumar of Yaishkul Chingakham Leirak. Even though the fire service team manage to save from any major damages, some furniture, TV and other household items were gutted by the fire, which were kept in three rooms of the house.
