IMPHAL, November 11: Mizoram police have arrested four suspected cadres of the banned Peoples’ Liberation Army (PLA) including a high ranking officer on Friday from Saitul near Aizwal, according to reports reaching here.
The reports said, the four cadres were today produced before a court and remanded to police custody.
