IMPHAL, Nov 3: A man posing as a quack was today handed over to the Lamlai Police by locals charging him of molesting a 19 year old girl with psychological problems.
The man has been identified as Thangjam Ingocha, 45 son of (L) Ibotombi of Takhel Awang Leikai.
The man has been treating the girl for the past three four months and had been taking advantage of the girl.
The girl told her family about the incidents after she started getting better.
Meanwhile, a public meeting was also held at the locality regarding the incident during which, Ingocha accepted the charges of molesting the girl following which he was handed over to the police.
