IMPHAL, Nov 3: The council of Tribal Languages and Literature Society, Manipur (CTLLSM) congratulated Gaikhangam on his appointment as the new deputy CM of Manipur thorough a press note today.
Further CTLLSM further added that the appointment of Gaikhangam as Deputy CM ‘is a right fulfilment of the aspiration of people of Manipur which has been felt and long awaited’. It further added that the newly appointed Deputy CM is a man of vision for a new social order in Manipur.
