IMPHAL, Nov 25: A powerful Improvised Explosive Device (IED) exploded yesterday evening at around 5.14 near Tonsen Phura Makhong, Cheiren under Sugnu Police Station near 27 Assam Rifles B coy company post, but no casualties were reported in the explosion.
