IMPHAL, November 14: The 5th Seikam Football Tournament final was played today at Mualnow village, Churachandpur.
The event took significant turn with active participation from KNF leader German and ZRO leader Kennet who grace the event as the chief guests.
The final match was played between the Victor Muvanlai FC, who passed through the acid test by defeating Lamka Sport Club by 2-0 in the semis, and Aizalan FC.
The tight match deadlock was open by Zolthang of Muvanlai which was further confirmed by Lamminlian of the winning side, who hold on till the last second of the match to claim the trophy and a cash prize of Rs 50,000. The runner up team received a cash prize of Rs 30,000.
