IMPHAL,November 14: One KCP cadre was arrested by the Imphal West Police at around 7 am on November 11 in a search operation near Hiyangthang Lairembi Mandir. The said outfit is identified as Sandham Rocky Singh alias Nanao alias Hanao, aged 20, S/O Inaobi Singh of Samurou Makha Leikai.
