IMPHAL, November 5: The Imphal West district SP has appealed to all concerned residing in the Imphal Bazar are not to deposit packed garbage/waste materials in front of their shops/residence randomly but request to hand over the waste materials to the Kangshi Gari of the Imphal Municipal Council one when the ‘Kangshi Gari’arrives.
A press statement has said, dumping/keeping of waste material unattended for long hours will falicitate the anti social elements to plant IEDs in the midst of garbage.
