IMPHAL, November 1: A team of Imphal West District Commando arrested an active member of PREPAK (VC) identified as Maimom Lalmani Singh alias Loving (30) son of M Samungou Singh, of Khongman Bashikhong Mamang Leikai.
A statement from the police department said a mobile handset has been recovered along with a sim card has been recovered from his possession.
