IMPHAL, November 8: The proscribed People’s Revolutionary Party of Kangleipak has today claimed that the October 7 IED blast at Ghari Makha Leikai Tiddim road which injured two security forces and four civilians was acted out by a Bomb Explosive Unit of the outfit.
A statement signed by its publicity officer, dept of publicity and propaganda, Sanju Oinam has further lamented that four civilians were injured during the explosion which was meant for the security forces. The statement further expressed grievances to the families of the injured civilians.
