IMPHAL, Nov 14: The Revolutionary People’s Front has expressed grief over the untimely demise of renowned singer and artist Khundrakpam Joykumar.
A press release of the proscribed outfit has said that the artiste’s demise is a great loss for the people of Manipur and that his death has left a void in the Manipuri society.
There is still a need for a singer and artist like him in Manipur, it said.
It continued that Khun Joykumar was not a ordinary singer, his lyrics filled with love for the land had inspired many an individual of Manipur.
