IMPHAL, Dec 14: The indefinite bandh on National Highway 150-A (Old Cachar Road) will be called off temporarily as per a memorandum of understanding signed between the agitators and the Minister Works and Minister Com and Industries today.
According to a press release of CRESA, the bandh was imposed since December 9, 2012 by Cachar Road Educational and Sporting Association along with MYC Bishnupur Ward No 2, CYC Chinikon and RYC (Ngariyan) demanding the construction of the said road.
