IMPHAL, Dec 24: The Home Department has sent out an official notification that RT Livingstone Anal, 40 son of (Late) R T Mohring alias Mohendro of Japhou Bazar, Chandel has been declared as wanted following a police report of FIR No.14(12)2012 Chandel P.S. registered at Chandel Police Station. A cash award of Rs.5,00,000/- (Rupees five lakhs only) for his arrest/providing information leading to his arrest has also been announced.
