IMPHAL, Dec 26: Manipur People’s Party observed its 45th foundation day today at its head office at Khangjeibung Maning.
The function was attended by senior MMP leaders of the state including O Joy, Dr Chandramani, Yengkhom Thambal and party’s president L Sobhakiram Singh.
