IMPHAL, Dec 7: If the demand of the Panchayat representatives regarding the MGNREGS is not discussed by December 9, 2012 then the Manipur State Panchayat Parishad will not participate in the reception of general secretary of AICC, Rahul Gandhi’s during his proposed December 10 visit to the state, stated a press note of the Manipur State Panchayat Parishad.
