IMPHAL, January 29: In a press release, All Manipur Nagar Panchayat Employees’Association has demanded regular pay and allowance scale (pay scale) , post creation, appointment of technical and non- technical staff. If the demands are not fulfilled, it will launch agitations in association of other like minded organizations, it said.
