IMPHAL, Jan 10: In a press release, the office of the District Information, Bishnupur has invited applications from prospective candidates in the district willing to do an elementary course on tailoring and cutting, cane and bamboo and weaving trade at CTTC, Moirang. The applicants should be 18 years old and have the minimum educational qualification of class 8 pass, it said.
