IMPHAL, Jan 2: The Thoubal District Bar Association has in a statement said that a meeting of its executive members have decried the news report that a rape victim was remanded to police custody by the CJM, Thoubal.
It said the news report was based on unfounded statements and has further appealed all concern to confirm with sources while reporting such comments.
