IMPHAL, Jan 19: A cyclist was killed in a road accident yesterday at around 12:20 pm after she was hit by at Tata Fort (Traveller) at Luwangsangbam bazaar under Heingang police station. She succumbed to her injured on the way to CMC, Koirengei. The victim has been identified as Phijam Ningol Thangjam Ongbi Khomdon, 54, wife of Th Yaimachouba, of Keikol Mayai Leikai. The dead body was handed over to her family today after a post mortem was conducted at JNIMS.
