IMPHAL, Jan 17: The Zeliangrong people are going to celebrate the Gaan-Ngai Festival, 2013 in a grand and befitting manner at Tarung (Langol)on 25th Jan 2013 with the Chief Minister and Deputy Chief Minister being approached to grace the function as the Chief Guest and President according to a press release from Norbert Disinang, General Secretary, Gan-Ngai celebration committee.
