IMPHAL, Jan 23: The Thadou Students’ Association, Chandel has submitted a memorandum to the CAF&PD Minister to take up necessary action to start the construction work of the FIC godown at Molnoi setting a deadline on February 15. The student body has said unless the government take up the issue at the earliest, it will take up agitations.
