IMPHAL, Jan 19: Z.Kikhonbou Newmai, MLA Tamei inaugurated the 9th Nkoulun Maliang Khengbo program at Nkou Village in Tamei Sub division of Tamenglong district on January 13. During the 2 day program, the MLA announced cash awards of Rs 10,000/- to the meritorious students who stood 20 tops in the State Board Examinations besides a 1 lakh cash award for students clearing the preliminary and main examination amongst students in Nkou.
