CCPUR, Jan 30: A Churachandpur Police team led by its OC, Elvis Pau recovered the dead body of one Seiboi (30) son of Ngamzang of Sapermeina village, Sadar Hills allegedly a cadre of the United Tribal Liberation Front from Kotsuahhoih reserve which is just about a km from the police station.
The dead body had no bullet marks but reports say there are indications that the person died of strangulation as the throat bone was loose and broken. The relative of the deceased said that Seiboi left home on January 6 and had not been heard till today when his body was brought to the district hospital morgue around 1.00 pm.
