IMPHAL, Jan 29: 29th Manipur Panchayati Raj Sammelan will be organized by the Manipur State Panchayat Parishad, Imphal in association with the Rural Development and Panchayati Raj, Government of Manipur at 10 a.m. on 30 January at Panchayat Bhavan, Porompat. The opening program will be held under the theme “To strengthen Panchayati Raj Institution – More and more”.
