IMPHAL, Jan 19: A press release from Boby Mangang, Senior Publicity Officer of the People`s Revolutionary Party of Kangleipak (PREPAK-Pro) has stated that Haorungbam Kabui (30) son of late Ibopishak who is supposed to have surrendered to the IGAR South as a cadre of the party and his mother Haorungbam Ongbi Chitra Devi (50) who were involved in arranging for youths in Khurai Chingangbam Leikai Yengkhom Leirak to take part in fake surrender programs is totally wrong since the mother-son duo is not related in any manner with the outfit. It further added that the `surrender programs` being organized by the IGAR (South) are dramas being enacted to lure innocent youths of the state and that this move is being taken seriously by the group. Alleging that certain local people are also involved in the conspiracy to draw away young people along with Army personnel, the release further gave a strong warning not to be involved in such wrong doing.
